• All birds must be penned by 11am. No substitute of entries permitted.
• Judging commences at 11.30am.
• Access to the judging area is restricted to the judge and the stewards.
• Only birds entered for the show will be permitted in the show tent.
• The Committee of Carnew Agri Show may decide to replace Prize money with Vouchers\Products to the equivalent value.
• It is a condition of entry that no bird may be removed before 3.00pm and must be removed before 5pm.
• It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to enter the birds in the correct class.
• If there are five or more birds exhibited by two or more owners of any one breed in a class, a separate class will be staged.
• Please Note: Some classes maybe merged together if less than 3 entries in that class.
